The project is a mixed-use retail led scheme consisting of approx. 392 residential units located in two towers, a 190 bedroom 4 star hotel tower including conference facilities, approx. 120,000 ft2 of retail and associated new parking decks. The scheme connects into two existing shopping centres, the Peacocks Centre and Wolsey Place and an existing multi-storey car park.
Since the company was formed in 2004 it has gone from strength to strength. Over 2500 access audits have been undertaken and has been appointed Access Consultants for many high profile schemes.
